Honest limits, stated plainly: what we can promise, what we can’t, and where our help ends.
This page explains the limits of what Business Tutor Ltd (“Business Tutor”, “we”, “us”) can promise, so you know what to expect from our tuition, courses, books, AI Business Tutor and free resources. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We teach to the highest standard and share the results our students have achieved, but we cannot guarantee any grade or outcome. Results depend on many things, including the student’s effort, attendance, starting point and the exam itself.
Results, statistics and testimonials on our website describe past students and do not promise what any future student will achieve. We publish testimonials and results only with permission.
The marking, feedback and chat replies in AI Business Tutor are produced by AI, so they can contain mistakes. They are there to help students learn and practise.
Past papers, mark schemes and other exam board materials belong to their owners, such as AQA, Pearson Edexcel and OCR. We link to or reference them for revision purposes, and they are not ours to license to you.
Exam boards may change their requirements, so please always check the current specification for the student’s course.
Our revision notes, past paper pages, videos and other free resources are made to help students study. We describe them as accurately as we can, but the content may change and we cannot promise it is free from error or covers everything a particular exam may ask.
They are general educational material, not legal, financial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a student’s own school teaching.
Our site links to other sites, such as exam boards, and embeds YouTube videos. Google AdSense may show adverts on our site. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of other websites, adverts or embedded content, so please read their policies. Non-essential third-party content is only switched on if you agree in our cookie banner.
The content, price and availability of anything we offer may change. We may update, correct or remove pages, materials and courses, for example when specifications change. The terms in force when you book or buy apply to that booking or purchase.
